"An Act relating to registration of noncommercial trailers and to             
registration of vehicles owned by disabled persons or persons who              
are 65 years of age or older; and providing for an effective date."

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 482(TRA)                                                
"An Act relating to registration fees for certain noncommercial               
pickup trucks and vans and to registration of vehicles owned by                
disabled persons or persons who are 65 years of age or older; and              
providing for an effective date."
